SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping both within Canada and internationally for all of our made-to-order apparel. To ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition and in a timely manner, we have the following shipping policy:

  • Standard shipping: We use Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier for all orders. For Canadian orders, we offer standard shipping, which takes approximately 5 business days for delivery once your order is shipped. For international orders, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

  • Shipping fees: Shipping fees are flat rate $15.00 for Canadian orders and $25.00 for international orders. We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $150.00 (CAD)

  • Processing time: Because our apparel is made-to-order, there is a processing time before we can ship it. Typically, we need 2-3 business days to produce your apparel before it is ready to be shipped. This means that the total time from when you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep will be approximately 7-8 business days for Canadian orders and 9-13 business days for international orders.

  • Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online. This will allow you to keep an eye on your shipment and know when to expect its arrival.

  • Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Lost or damaged shipments: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and provide you with a replacement or a refund as necessary.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the quality of the product. If you receive a item that is damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team within 48 hours by email at support@blazonapparel.com We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means providing a replacement product or issuing a refund. To help us address the issue, we may ask you to provide photos or descriptions of the problem, or to return the product to us for inspection.
